Eta Epsilon prides itself on giving back to the San Angelo community through various service projects and philanthropy events throughout the year.  In th past, Eta Epsilon has partnered with the Concho Valley Rape Crisis Center to host Walk a Mile In Her Shoes.  During the event, brothers and other participants walk one mile in women's high heeled shoes to protest sexualized violence, educate their communities and raise money for chronically underfunded rape crisis centers, domestic violence shelters and other sexualized violence prevention and recovery services.

Every spring semester brothers also partner with Goodwill West Texas and organize a clothing drive, The Nearly Naked Mile, that welcomes all ASU students. Partcicpants wear with them to the event clothes they are wanting to donate and "streak" across campus. Designated brothers follow behind the crowd and pick up the clothing that has been stripped off of the participants.  It is hosted towards the end of the semester when students are preparing to move out of the dorms for the summer and may have out grown or out wore some of their clothing.  Student participation grows every year and brothers are looking forward to continuing the tradition every year.

Eta Epsilon also maintains two adopted locations in San Angelo, one Adopt-a-Spot and one Adopt-a-Highway.  Each semester brothers clean the trash from both of these locations.
